THE PROCESS

  In this phase we aim to learn as much as possible about the lifestyle of our client, their style preferences, preferred colours, lifestyle needs and so on. We will visit the space and take photos and record the existing condition of the place. Together with the client, we will document the areas involved in the project and the needs of each, in order to create our proposal, including fees and the scope of work.

  In this phase we create different options in 2D layout presentation, concept mood boards to define the project so the client will be able to visualise the essence they want to give their home, and gain a better understanding of the tones and details they want to implement. During several meetings, we will present options and begin to form the basis for the final design.

 The furniture proposal and customised design will be created at this stage, using realistic renders. This will enable the client to visualise the space almost perfectly and see what the final result will be like. We will also select furniture that suits the client's budget and style.

 An expert contractor is appointed.

With everything confirmed, together with the contractor, all the technical designs are created to be approved by the client.

At this stage, finishes, colours, materials and furniture will be selected, while sanitary-ware and tiles will be purchased.

While control of the project is transferred to the contractor, we will keep a close eye on progress by keeping in regular contact with the contractor, ensuring that works follow the design intent, and providing clarification during construction and until project completion.

Once the site works are completed, we will will help the client with the snagging works, after that, Furniture will be coordinated and delivered  between designer and supplier, we will take care of the supervision and placement, styling and accessorising.
